It all started when  …

 I was looking for a way to calm my mind and let go of stress from daily life. I tried my first yoga class and I knew it was for me. I instantly fell in love with yoga. Yoga  allowed me to be myself without judgement. It taught me how to tune into my body, slow down my thoughts and learn to breathe. I found after every class I gained  a calmer mind stronger body and a sense of peace that I had never felt from anything else before. I began practicing daily,  learning how important it was for me to take the time to breathe and check in with my body and mind and get to know yourself. 

When you practice with me I hope you feel welcome and at ease as you gain a sense of peace on your mat. I want you to tune in to your body to checking in with not just your body but also your mind. I wish to teach you a new way to breathe and to alleviate the daily stress as you find peace on your mat. After you leave your yoga practice with me I hope you feel grounded, restored with a overall feeling of peace.

My practice has developed over the years thru taking many classes of various styles and attending various workshops as well as completing my 200 hour ryt training at Sanctuary Studios in Plymouth Massachusetts. Owner of Serene Yoga, Stoughton & Hull MA. You can also find me teaching at FAF Gym, Joy Of Yoga, and teaching corporate yoga classes for National Fire and Protection Association.

2nd Annual Elevated Yoga Event October 26, 2019


Fall is a great time of year for outdoor activities! Come spend the later part of the afternoon with me on top of Scenic Chickatawbut Hill. The leave will be showing and the air will be crisp! We will spend the afternoon meditating & practicing yoga outdoors by the fire. Following our practice there will be fall inspired vegan snacks and beverages. We will be celebrating Halloween and the changing of seasons. Come dressed in comfortable clothing or maybe decorated for Halloween! *Costumes are welcome but not required. **if wearing a costume please be sure it is something you can be warm enough in and more freely thru your yoga practice. There will be a raffle at the end of the event (your ticket purchase is your raffle entry only 1 per person)

Fun Fact.. Did you know that Yoga, Animals, Laughter, and Nature have all been proven to reduce stress in humans? How awesome is that !?!

Spend your day outdoors on the farm practicing yoga with me & Nigerian Dwarf Goats at Patches Hill Farm in Assonet MA.

The goats will be playing around and sharing your yoga practice with you bringing you lots of fun and laughter. After yoga practice has completed you will be able to spend some time hanging out with the goats and then leaving with a smile!! We cant wait to have you join us!

Our next 2019 Goat Yoga Events are Sunday August 25th at 3:30pm, Sunday September 8th at 3:30pm, Saturday October 5th at 12pm. space is limited. When registering below let us know what date you are looking to sign up for in the message box.

SUMMER is coming and I am excited to announce…

This summer,

I am working with Northeast Surfing to bring you … Sunset Yoga and Paddleboarding

I will be teaching a relaxing sunset yoga class lasting 45 minutes on the beach focusing on breathing & balance suitable for all level. Following our yoga practice you will be led thru a 45 minute paddleboarding lesson by Northeast surfing. After your lesson enjoy dinner provided by Hulls Kichen. It is an amazing way to end your week or start your weekend off!

Classes will be offered starting July 5th thru the end of August 2019.

Friday evenings at 6pm.

Investment-$75 ( includes yoga class paddleboard lesson and dinner from Hulls Kitchen. )

Only interested in Sunset Beach Yoga and dinner you can still join us we would love to have you!

Come enjoy Yoga on the beach as the sun is setting and stay for dinner provided by Hulls Kitchen.

Investment - $38 ( includes 45 minutes yoga class with me followed by dinner provided by Hulls Kitchen. )
