It all started when …
I was looking for a way to calm my mind and let go of stress from daily life. I tried my first yoga class and I knew it was for me. I instantly fell in love with yoga. Yoga allowed me to be myself without judgement. It taught me how to tune into my body, slow down my thoughts and learn to breathe. I found after every class I gained a calmer mind stronger body and a sense of peace that I had never felt from anything else before. I began practicing daily, learning how important it was for me to take the time to breathe and check in with my body and mind and get to know yourself.
When you practice with me I hope you feel welcome and at ease as you gain a sense of peace on your mat. I want you to tune in to your body to checking in with not just your body but also your mind. I wish to teach you a new way to breathe and to alleviate the daily stress as you find peace on your mat. After you leave your yoga practice with me I hope you feel grounded, restored with a overall feeling of peace.
My practice has developed over the years thru taking many classes of various styles and attending various workshops as well as completing my 200 hour ryt training at Sanctuary Studios in Plymouth Massachusetts.
