NEW LOCATION Announcement & THANKSGIVING GRATITUDE

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. This is the one day of the year where we get to really focus on what we are thankful for. But why do we only focus on what we are thankful for one day out of the year? Why not take the meaning of this holiday and spread it thru every day of every year? The more we practice gratitude the more we notice all the blessings that we have.

I am So Thankful for every one of you who join me on your mat to practice yoga. You have made it possible for me to do what I love (sharing yoga) for that I am beyond grateful!

I will be relocating Serene Yoga to Hanover MA starting this December 2019!! I hope you will continue on your yoga journey with me ans that you will love the new location as much as I do!
