Here you will find resources such as info on classes, membership, events, tips and ideas to enhance your home yoga practice & wellness, as well as discount codes on products that that I love and think you will really love too.

Sundays 5:00pm, Candlelight Gentle Restorative Flow, Elevated Adventures Yoga - 60 minutes - Blended Gentle and Restorative yoga, bring your mat and get ready to relax and find bliss.

Thursdays 7:30pm, Rock’in Body Hot Yoga Class, Elevated Adventures Yoga - 60 minutes in a hot room with fun music a blend of yoga and a work out. Come to get strong, have fun, sweat and end with an amazing savasana.

Wednesdays 7:30pm, Hot Yoga 1620 - 60 minute Relaxing Flow Class (blend of slow flow restorative yoga)

Privates Sessions

One on One Instruction offers you the time to personalize your practice outside of a typical group yoga class setting. Maybe you are new to yoga and want to feel more comfortable with the poses before joining in on a group class. From the beginner to advanced yogi you may find that private instruction could be beneficial. You may have something specific that you would like to work on it could be a pose, a goal,  healing an old injury, or working on adding more meditation or breathe work into your practice. A private yoga practice is a great time to dive deeper into yourself and focus on you. 




Corporate Yoga and Meditation

Bringing yoga and meditation in your work place will allow you and your employees to release stress from the work day, allow your body to move and your breath to flow freely promoting both energy & focus. Yoga and meditation are good for your body, as they both help to reduce stress, improve posture, while creating better habits and an overall feeling of happiness. This allows for improved productivity & self esteem at work and through daily life.

The movement part of a yoga practice helps get your blood flowing, sending new oxygenated blood to all your organs which increases energy & focus. Yoga & Meditation both create a clearer mind and help to reduce stress and anxiety. Regardless if you do them together or separate, you will gain greater health and wellness in your body and mind, which will increase your productivity throughout your work space and life.

What to expect during your yoga class

Beginning class with a short breathing meditation, which start’s the connection with breath, body & mind. You then will be guided to set a personal intention that you quietly focus on for a few moments prior to the movement part of practice. Most classes I teach tend to be a blend of slow flow and restorative yoga with other styles of yoga woven in. As you practice you will continually check in with yourself to find the places that need extra care, while allowing your breathing to help relieve tension, stress and discomfort. The more you practice yoga you will find that yoga is a moving meditation and you can use your yoga practice as a tool to help with pain management, anxiety and ease stress from daily life. Taking time out during the day, to be on your yoga mat is a form of self care, to slow down and take care of your body & mind. We will complete each practice with a deeply restful savasana, and a short reflection of intention & gratitude for each other. I hope that you leave your practice feeling a sense of inner peace and relaxed as you continue on your journey.

Class Registration

Pre-registration for class: Is required 1 day prior to class to hold your spot.

Online Livestream

  • Please be sure while you are practicing that your microphone is off so you do not disrupt others practicing in our virtual space.

  • Your video does not have to be on to participate.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All cancellations must be made by emailing the studio. Serena does not take any cancellations over the phone.

How To Cancel Your Class or Private Session Reservation: click on the button below to email the studio in order to cancel your registration for class, please note there are no refunds.

  • Private Sessions: All Private Sessions Require a 48 hour notice to cancel. Pre Payment is required to book your private session. If 48 hours notice is not given for cancellation you will be charged for the full session.

    When the Studio needs to cancel a class: In the event a scheduled class is cancelled it will be removed from the schedule & state that it has been cancelled there, often an email will be sent out.

Refund Policy

All memberships, class packages, drop -ins classes, fees for workshops or events are non-refundable non-shareable and non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. All purchases are considered final sale.
