Fall into Journaling

Follow along here & on Instagram @sereneyogaandwellness for Fall journaling Prompts workshop! Daily journal prompts will be offered so you can start your daily journaling. Journaling can be a therapeutic exercise that helps release stress and anxiety and promotes focus and creativity!

Today is the first Day of October and we are into the Fall 2022 Season! Once we get into November the journaling prompts will focus more on Gratitude, Since November is the month that holds out thanksgiving holiday which reminds us in the states to be thankful for all that we have.

Journal Prompt-

Fall Season is here, The leaves 🍁 are changing color the trees are letting the leaves fall to the ground as they shed the past season and get ready for the new seasons..

What is it that you can let go of, so that you can make room for a new start? It could be Something that no longer serves you? Something that causes you stress? Something that you may no longer need or want?

How are you feeling today? Describe your emotions.

What is your most favorite way to relax?

Make a list of all the things that inspire you.

Write 3-5 things you would do if you were not afraid to do them.
