So how much water should you be drinking? Anywhere from 1/2 oz to 1 oz of water per pound of your body weight is adequate ..
Some ways to help you tell if you are drinking too much water is if you are urinating extremely frequent and if your urine is clear.
If you are drinking too little water your urine may by darker yellow and you may feel signs of dehydration like a headache and you may not be urinating frequently. In these cases you should adjust accordingly either decreasing your water slightly or increasing till you feel properly hydrated. š You can also easily increase your daily water intake by adding more fruits š and veggies š„ with higher water content to your diet.
Note: Chugging large amounts of water can cause digestive upset so be sure to sip not chug water throughout your day š
